Matt Mountain Consultant and NexGen Sales Leader

Through his extensive network of IT and business leaders, IT vendors and other business partners, Matt created a business model which enables NexGen to deliver solutions and IT Staffing services with superior value. Since its inception in October 2007, over 400 organizations have successfully used NexGen to help them gain better results from their investments in IT solutions and services. Matt is a Certified Developer and is primarily focused on building NexGen through his business development efforts.

Randy Davis Consultant and NexGen Delivery Leader

Randy, who is a Certified Administrator,Certified Consultant and Certified Developer, brings many years of experience in business development and account management roles for leading technology organizations. He has in depth knowledge of CRM, ERP, eCommerce, eLearning, and systems development. For NexGen, he focuses on business development for IT Staffing, and he leads many of NexGen’s implementations.

Gretchen Allnutt Consultant

Gretchen brings over 12 years of project management experience to her role as a consultant.  From needs analysis to end user training, she is an excellent communicator, both verbally and through design.

Shannon Brown Consultant

Shannon is a Certified Developer and a Certified Administrator.  She brings over 10 years of project management experience with a focus on designing, developing and implementing innovative system solutions to support strategic business objectives. She specializes in requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration, project implementation and user training.

Kristen Crane Consultant

Kristen is a Certified Administrator, a Certified Developer, and a Certified Consultant.  She is responsible for requirements gathering, business analysis, customization, report development and training.  Kristen leads all size projects for NexGen and has a history of exceeding the client's expectations.

Justin Davis Consultant

Justin is a Certified Developer with over 8 years of experience in the IT industry.  He spent several years working with startups, delivering online services and most recently worked as a Systems Analyst with a global interactive marketing agency where he was responsible for technology input and project estimating and planning.  Justin's skills in technology leadership and project management have enabled him to excel at managing and meeting client's expectations throughout the entire process.  

Doug Doherty
Account Manager

Doug is a client centric sales leader with a track record of forming partnerships that result in increased performance. His specialties include consultative sales, building relationships, strong communication skills, active listening, and being a team player. Having spent more than a decade in educational technology and 3 years in IT as a sales manager, Doug is excited to bring his expertise to NexGen’s sales team.

Maureen Eckert Consultant

Maureen is a Certified Administrator, Certified Developer and Certified Consultant.  She brings over 12 years of software development experience to NexGen. Her past roles have included project management, business analysis, systems analysis, application development and design, integration, testing and training.

Debbie Fanning Consultant

Debbie’s prior role as a financial systems consultant includes analysis and design of accounting applications.  She has project management experience and enjoys training users and implementing business software.  Debbie is committed to understanding the business goals and processes of companies and utilizing Salesforce to enhance productivity and increase profits.

Administrative Support

Stephanie provides administrative support to NexGen.  She brings over 15 years of customer service experience and recognizes the importance of focusing on exceptional service and attention to even the smallest detail. She believes that an infectious, can-do attitude is the only way to ensure the best possible results every time.

Director of Business Development

Doug is a sales and communications professional with broad experience building profitable relationships through comprehensive needs analysis and matching of solutions to agreed upon goals.He enjoys and excels at building trusted business relationships via his strong communication skills which allows him to deftly match solutions to client needs. Doug is thrilled to bring his 20 years of sales and account management experience to NexGen.

Staffing & Recruiting Admininstration

Beth delivers administrative, marketing and development support to NexGen’s IT Staffing & Recruiting Team. Her experience includes marketing, communications, and editing. She is committed to helping the business be successful.

Maria Kelley
Administrative Support

Maria provides marketing administrative support for NexGen, bringing over 7 years of experience in sales and marketing to the organization.  She supports the team on a variety of communication and marketing projects in an effort to maintain the highest level of commitment to our clients.

Justin Kruse Consultant

Justin is a Certified Developer.  He has nearly ten years of combined experience in sales, wealth management and corporate finance.  In addition to his experience, Justin is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Management, where he is focusing his research on developing organizational strategies to facilitate the integration of CRM and Financial ERP systems. Justin is excited about helping clients get the most out of their implementation.

Ray Merkle
Managing Director

Ray is a relationship builder priding himself on maintaining and enhancing networking skills, communications and active listening. His IT experience specialties include high volume recruiting strategy and execution, contract negotiations,  vendor management, business intelligence and strategic customer support. Ray brings over 4 years of IT experience along with 21 years of military experience, leadership and dedication to NexGenConsultants.

Elise Pottinger Consultant

Elise had eight years of outside sales experience before becoming a consultant.  She has spent the last three years working as a consultant.  She has worked on projects for companies across the country and is committed to helping her clients get the most out of Salesforce based on their business needs. 

Gary Prater
Managing Director

Gary’s professional experience includes developing, leading and coaching sales teams and managers. Adept at building partnerships with LAR's and VAR's in the information technology hardware and software service arena, he has been heavily involved with developing sales strategy and marketing concepts for businesses to drive additional revenue. Gary has 5 years of experience with I.T. staffing and consulting engagements with smb’s and enterprise level customers as well as 10 years of experience selling I.T. Services.

Michael is a very thorough worker, paying close attention to detail. He has 5 years of experience in outside sales and management. He enjoys building new relationships with clients and customers by exceeding their expectations.

Kim brings over 17 years of project management experience to the role of a consultant. Her business experience spans a variety of industries in organizations such as Ethicon Endo-Surgery, dunnhumbyUSA and Fidelity Investments.

Matt is a Certified Administrator, a Certified Developer and a Certified Consultant.  Matt began his career as a systems engineer for a computer services company. He worked as an information systems consultant while pursuing a call to ministry, delivering information management solutions across government, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit, and technology verticals.

Sheryl, who is a Certified Developer,  a Certified Consultant and a Certified Administrator, brings over 8 years of experience focusing on requirements gathering, application design and development, integration, testing and user training.  She is committed to providing quality solutions to assist customers with reaching business goals.

Keith joins NexGen as the lead consultant in developing, implementing and marketing application solutions. Over the course of his career, he’s developed a proven and successful track record in sales with close to 10 years of experience. Keith is detail oriented, inclusive, highly motivated, and enjoys exceeding customer expectations while building trusting and lasting relationships with his clients. Keith is excited to bring his account management experience and sales knowledge to the team.
