NEXGEN QUICKSTART PROGRAMS
Get Up and Running Quickly with Salesforce
NexGen’s QuickStart programs are designed to help you get up and running on Salesforce in no time! We use a proven process to implement basic Salesforce features that will allow you to show success with Salesforce quickly and inexpensively.
NexGen offers two QuickStart programs, depending on your needs.
As part of NexGen’s base QuickStart offering, we have allocated twenty (20) hours to do the following:
- Project Management – One point of contact to lead you through implementation and training
- Data Migration – Migration of Accounts and Contacts from a spreadsheet provided by you
- Configuration Changes – Implementation of new fields and page layouts; modification of existing Reports (up to 6) and one Dashboard
- End User Training – A detailed 2 hour training course proven to jumpstart user adoption
NexGen QuickStart Plus
Our QuickStart Plus is designed for clients with broader requirements and provides for forty (40) hours to cover additional features. This program includes everything in the base QuickStart program plus any of the following:
- Migrating more complex data
- Creating workflow rules and/or multiple record types
- Synchronizing Outlook and setting up Mobile enablement
- Training a Salesforce Administrator
- Implementing batch integration
- Performing other system requirements/enhancements
- Configuring third party tools from the Salesforce AppExchange
