What if you could predict the future? Now, with Salesforce Einstein is seems you can. In a major initiative that has been in the works for two years, Salesforce is integrating artificial intelligence into all of its CRM cloud platforms to help you look into the future and act accordingly now.
What is Artificial Intelligence?
Simply put, Artificial Intelligence (AI) makes computers intelligent. Instead of just compiling loads of data, AI makes it possible for a program to discover relevant insights, predict future behavior, proactively recommend best next actions and even automate tasks. We see AI being used every day at companies like Google, Amazon, Uber and Facebook. Salesforce is leveraging this technology to make its products smarter, to provide better insights to close deals faster and to provide a deeper level of understanding of every customer at each stage of customer life cycle.
What does this mean for you?

Einstein will enable any business to use clicks or code to build AI-powered apps that get smarter with every interaction. It can even automate tasks.

It will learn, self-tune, and get smarter with every interaction and additional piece of data. Einstein’s intelligence will be embedded within Salesforce to automatically reveal relevant insights, predict future behavior and recommend next steps.
