QUICKSTART PROGRAM
Get Up and Running Quickly with Salesforce
NexGen’s QuickStart Program is designed to help you get up and running on Salesforce in no time! We use a proven process to implement basic Sales Cloud features and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features in a quick and efficient manner allowing you to show success with Salesforce quickly and inexpensively.
As part of NexGen’s QuickStart offering, we have allocated thirty to thirty-five (30 - 35) hours to do the following:
- Discovery – Our consultants will conduct a requirements gathering session to learn your business and processes
- Salesforce.com Configuration – We will configure Salesforce to support your sales process making it easy for your users to enter and update records
- Configuration Review - Review and feedback of your configuration
- Reports and Dashboards - We will build six (6) custom reports and place them in one (1) dashboard
- End User Training – A 4 hour training course proven to jumpstart user adoption
In order to fully realize the benefits of Sales Cloud and FSC, NexGen recommends the following items in addition to the QuickStart Program. These are not included in the QuickStart Program, but may be added for additional cost.
